Derek helped start this company, as well as played a pivotal role in so many others.

He was a man that was incredibly well liked, well loved, and well traveled.  He devoted his life to social good and equality.  He saw no hurdles that couldn't be overcome, and spent his life in pursuit of love, honor and happiness.

He was a testament to the saying "any friend of yours is a friend of mine", as he would do anything for anyone, no questions asked.

Now it's our turn to give back friend.
